CrossFit is a group or class based fitness program that focuses on GPP (General Physical Preparedness). The program spends time working on several areas of fitness to include, but not limited to, strength training, conditioning, endurance, stamina, flexibility as well as developing new physical skills.
Aside from making sure that each day includes some strength work and some conditioning, our program doesn’t overemphasize or focus on any one aspect of fitness. Instead this program designed to improve all areas of fitness equally to create a high level of GPP so that you are capable of handling anything that life throws your way.
Private training is without a doubt the most value packed program we offer. Instead of a coach dividing his or her time up between 10-15 people all that knowledge and attention is focused squarely on helping you to get better and achieve your goals.
Private training is great for people just getting started, struggling to achieve a particular goal, dealing with an injury, or just looking to get some help taking things to the next level.
At Luminary we hold a number of different challenges throughout the year, both for new members and current members. Why? Because challenges are fun, motivating, and give people goals to work toward.
All challenges include Fitness, Nutrition, and Accountability… the trifecta of what’s necessary to get the best results possible in any program.
You can’t out-train a bad diet. In other words, you can workout 2 hours a day, 6 days a week but if you’re eating poorly you aren’t going to get the results you truly want.
Fitness is built on a foundation of Nutrition. Whether you’re trying to lose weight, maintain your current weight, or build strength or muscle, the vast majority of that work is done in the kitchen.

Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our CrossHiit and CrossFit classes with the option to work with our in house nutrition coach. You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our certified (experienced) coaches. Our quarterly 6-week challenges are a great way kick start your weight loss in safe supportive group environment.
Look no further than our CrossFit classes to get the best coaching in Olympic lifting, powerlifting, and gymnastics. These will challenge you and help you become a stronger athlete both mentally and physically. We also offer all day open gym to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or sport specific programming.

If you’re an older athlete or looking to get back into working out after a long hiatus, you’re in good hands with us. Our On-Ramp classes will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations. We’ll make sure you always get a safe and fun workout, regardless of where you are starting.
